The problems that one is able to study with the hardware and software of the service can be classified as follows:
- Determine Minimum Energy Conformations, Molecular Dynamics (AMBER)
- Calculations of molecular and spectroscopic properties (UV, ECD, IR, NMR, neutrons....)
- Study of chemical reactivity by quantum chemical methods.
- Applications to materials science.
Research Interests
Inhibition mechanism of antiviral drugs (molecular dynamics, docking)
Catalysis with nanoparticles and metal complexes, thin films (DFT methods)
